Tiffany was extremely helpful in educating me about different things I asked. The staff overall was friendly and made things quick but personal. Dr Wilson was so sweet and made me feel safe. The facility was clean and comfortable. It may be out of my way to get there but it's totally worth it. I wouldn't want to go any where else.

After multiple visits here, I would highly recommend Avoid this clinic if possible. They charge various copay amounts probably depending on their moods. And the so called doctor Senetta Wilson is one the most unprofessional and arrogant person I have ever met. And not to mention the long long wait times even if the clinic is empty.

10 out of 10 everyone was super nice and super helpful with my visit especially since it was my first urgent care visit alone I felt extremely heard and cared for better than anyone else I've gone to and the cost was what shocked me so much I was thinking I had to spend hundreds of dollars but the rates were awesome and very affordable especially in today's economic state.10 out of 10 with miss Senetta Wilson she walked me through the steps of my appointment and helped me get a better understanding of how things worked and she was very nice to talk to super quick and professional experience. We waited over two hours and had done the sign in online for a time slot option. That’s the longest I’ve waited at an urgent care in many years. The triage room seat had dirty tissue on it. My daughter was wheezing and coughing and uncomfortable. Maybe they don’t offer nebulizer treatments there? I’m not sure but she was really uncomfortable and it was later so I could only get her inhaler from the one 24 hour pharmacy nearby and not for several hours. It was a really disappointing experience. I don’t feel she got the best care. They clearly need more staff on a Sunday during flu season.
