Walgreens Pharmacy

I haven't really had any issues in awhile which is awesome! I always call my stuff in on time n it's always there when I need it. So far so good, no complaints!

This location tends to be uneventful more times than not. The store employees are routinely ones you'd be best to avoid, and the pharmacy area appears to have little or no time to personalize your visit. The store selections are pricy and can be short if they are a buy one, get one 50% off. It is apparent that customers go in and solely shop clearance items. They are usually sold out with empty displays. We used to frequent Rite Aid, and with this becoming more popular due to store closings or availability, we tend to shop elsewhere to save money. Honestly, this seems more common with companies of this kind, where they focus on profit over service.

Friendly staff at your typical Walgreens. Drive-through pharmacy is convenient. Pharmacy staff are efficient and helpful.There is a small refrigerated beer cooler and an isle of wines.

My prescription plan gives me Walmart to go to. They don’t cover Adkins Pharmacy. Walmart has a policy of not coving doctors 50 miles away. I have two specialists in Annapolis and two in Leesburg. They won’t fill them and they’re the only one left in town. Not only are they slow in the filling of prescriptions and some times rude talking to their customers but they make you drive 45 minutes to Martinsburg or 40mins to Hagerstown for the prescription. It’s now CVS !

My Walgreens Pharmacy is mostly old-school. In my opinion. I got to know the Pharmacist Rachel says Hi Mrs Martinez yes SHE knows me. Even she's so busy she does take time. I know her more then the others bc we talk about my scrips. This is another thing they stop listen about any questions on meds never pushy. I normally do the drive through to pick up my script. I believe the Pharmacy tech Is Kevin he's always talks and is pleasant there's a few more I don't know names that also do an excellent job . My Walgreens in Berkeley Springs WV is 4.90 Stars. Yes it's Rare to find this kind of service. .And I know they are always busy but still take time to care about us. Im old school I believe no matter what job you have you should care. And you deal with people even more so I will add i
