Audiologist is very helpful and personable. Unfortunately she only comes to Berkeley Springs from the Winchester office once a week. Get more staff!

The staff there is very friendly and helpful. Since I live 1hr 15 min away. They are easy to accommodate my schedule, and my needs of supplies! The ladies there are fast acting from hearing aid cleanings to hearing test. They keep my world turning in my active life style !

First visit to any audiology or hearing aid shop. Nice people. Competent. Need more information, but I'll get it eventually. Prices are steep. A major plus is that they are very local - easy access, don't have to drive an hour every time we need help.

Hearing Life is one of the best experiences I have had concerning my aging, as humbling as that can be, and my subscequent hearing loss. I say this because I was anxious about the idea of needing hearing aids, and the prospect pf being dependent on them for the remainder of my life. However, the audiologist at Hearing Life was very understanding as she gently led my through the evaluation process. I could clearly see my the analysis and audio charts of my current listening ability, that I had lost a significant amount of my hearing ability. The fitting of my earing aids was professional and I've had no problems that a phone call or a quick visit could not solve.
