New Day Dental

Not seeing a dentist for years isn't a good idea. But I did just that. This place is awesome. I got an appointment the next morning after calling. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the office manager which by the way is extremely gorgeous and then meeting the pretty dental assistant and the dentist I knew I found the dentist for me and my Wiffy. Anyway after looking at my tooth the dentist immediately told me what was needed. Due to the repairs needed the dentist and his assistant swiftly got on the phone searching for a surgeon that specializes in surgical extraction. Unfortunately most places were overbooked for months. They didn't give up. They found a reputable surgeon that will take care of me in just 2 days. I normally don't write reviews but after what these guys did fo

I've been very happy with Dr. Rainieri and his staff. I'm a wimp when it comes to dental work and don't particularly like going to the dentist, Dr. R's bedside manner is great. My past visit required replacing a filling, he made sure I was comfortable, talked through what he was doing, my new filling feels great. I could tell he takes pride in his work, I don't plan on going anywhere else.

All three of my kids love going there and I myself have been going to here for about 18 years or so my husband goes there as well and we have all always had very good experiences. My oldest hated going to the dentist and when he was about 8 we started taking him to Dr. Rainieri and he has never had any issues with seeing the dentist since and he is now 21. Also my younger kids absolutely love it there we had to get a referral to a pediatric dentist because of my son's age once and he refused to let the other dentist do anything to his mouth he said he would rather not have his tooth fixed than to let that other dentist touch him. This is Darren using Anita's account .Anybody who knows me ,knows I hate to go to the dentist or any medical professional at all.That being said I have been using Dr.Rainieri as my dentist since he came to Berkeley Springs ,I would not think of going anywhere else he is very professional and straight forward .I believe he really cares about his patients and there dental needs .I have had some fillings fall out that I had put in when I was a teenager ,which was some time age .I don't know how he does it but I would put the pain level in getting a new filling at a very low 2 ,which is incredible .I would recommend him to anyone. Today I took my 14 year old daughter as a new patient. It was the most unprofessional, disrespectful Dr I have ever seen. I was asked by the hygentist to.come back in the room after her cleaning which I did. The dentist came in and the asked me if it was a requirement for me to be in the room? I replied generally no ,unless she needs me or I'm asked to be. He didn't say anything else. Then he asks me to.walk around and look at what he sees. He shows me a a little decay and one cavity and pokes it. She grimaces. He then starts digging in it and her eyes bulge out and she grimaces again. I asked her if it hurt? She nodded her head yes so I said maybe we shouldn't do that. The dentist then says" your not going to tell me what I can and can't do. This is why I want you out of the room." I said
