There’s always a 30 minute wait and most of the time they’re rude. I get that you are busy and wanting to move on to the next customer but I am also a customer that has questions.

Had medicine called in to this pharmacy at 10:30. Came by at 11:30. The lady was very short with me. Said to come back in 1hr they both would be filled. Came back at 6:30 this evening. With no confirmation they were ready. Only to be told. “ we are out of stock for this medicine. You will have to call other stores and see if they can fill your prescription.” At 6:15PM on a Friday….. no automated text. No phone call to let me know. Nothing. Simply a “good luck” kind of energy. As my family is sick with this covid mess. Highly do not recommend. Will. It be back.

This location is ALWAYS out of vivanse. What is the point of filling my prescription here if Im shorted and have to have withdrawals at the end of every month?
