Both the intensive cardiac rehab and the pulmonary rehab have been awesome! I learned so much during the classroom training portion! I’ve adopted a much healthier eating lifestyle and I now have normal cholesterol levels after almost 3 decades of high cholesterol levels. The option for alumni membership was great and readily affordable. I’m currently going through the pulmonary rehab and have seen improvement in just three weeks. Saline Performance and Wellness has so many options for getting healthier in addition to the gym! Sauna, salt chamber, laser pain relief, as well as classes. And the staff is the BEST!

If you want stress and pain relief from a sauna, the benefits of salt room therapy or to tone up in on of the exercise/yoga classes, these guys have you covered. Plus this is just three of the services offered here. At SPWC you will be greeted with a warm welcome and a group that is supportive of your wellness journey. You can select individual sessions or I recommend investing in one of their packages. Packages are monthly and more specific packages have a three month expiration to fit busy lifestyles. I personally love the yoga classes when I get a chance to attend. Every teacher has been fantastic. Then the sauna. The sauna is my jam. Highly recommend the sauna package for a great deal on sauna sessions. SPWC is definitely one of the best investments you can make in yourself.

Robyn is an excellent yoga teacher! She is very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. She adjusts the practice to your specific needs and it’s always a fun and relaxing session.

Robyn and her crew are so knowledgeable about integrative health. I cannot praise her enough for the vast improvement I have felt in my overall wellbeing, health and pain levels. I have arthritis in my feet and hips and the red light therapies have helped me tremendously, as well her knowledge of various homeopathic/vitamin remedies for stress, anxiety and hormone regulation. God has brought her here to help us! She’s amazing!
