I went to UAMS more than once to have bumps removed off my face to check for skin cancer. It was a horrible anxiety ridden experience done by students. I've used Dr Parker twice now and I'll never go anywhere else. He uses the tiniest needles and there's no pain.

Nice friendly service. I was 10 mins late for my appointment, had called ahead to inform them and was still able to be seen.

My husband went last week & got checked from head to toe. I go with a few questionable spots & told I just have psoriasis & to stop using soap & to use hydrocortisone! Dr stood over me in a chair like he was trying to show his power, or something!?!... If I go back, I'll definitely request a different dr.! And at check out, I was told by a young lady who wasn't rude, but she cockily told me "I emailed your receipt". I don't use email, so I asked what address she sent it to & of course I had never heard of it.... I do hope she deleted it!! She the printed a copy and acted disgusted with me.

Very pleased! The office is nice and I was greeted promptly at the front desk. The Nurse Practitioner, Shelbi Carpenter, listened to my concerns and took all the time I needed, I never felt rushed. Her aid was friendly and professional, highly recommend them.

I have had such a wonderful experience with this clinic. From the time you walk in the door everyone you meet is so friendly. I am so thankful to have found Shelbi Carpenter, APRN. Not only is she intelligent but patient and caring. She is easy to talk to and takes her time to listen to your concerns. I could tell she truly cared about me. I have had psoriasis my whole life but no more thanks to her!!🙌🏼 Look no further…you have found the one!!! ♥️
