Walgreens Pharmacy

Slow service, too much marketing while sitting in a car with the window down in -2 degree weather. I know it is a corporate procedure and the local folks are just doing what they are told, but why all the double checking of identity when picking up a prescription. Name, last, first, birthday, address last 4 digits of phone number. I feel that is over kill. Regarding the phone number I had them remove mine from my file as I got tired of weekly calls to refill this or that or to get a vaccine. Let's get back to customer friendly!

I need more customer service people at the pharmacy. I waited almost 20 minutes yesterday in line but it's a good store

Walgreens pharmacy is getting worse and worse. And worse... My family keeps telling them that my grandmother can ONLY take the brand name and not generic medication. That and they told my mother they were out of stock on a medication, would take days, when she already spoke to someone saying they would fill it the next day (only to find out that was not the case) And what's going on with that auto-refill?? My meds were supposed to all be filled at the same time every month. Baloney. You guys are Baloney. Hire more people or SOMETHING.

Just listen to the reviews. I’m new to the area and boy, did I take my Walgreens in Oswego IL for granted. This is the WORST pharmacy, unhelpful and literally hang up on me when they can’t figure something out. It’s a joke. I refilled my prescriptions in Oswego lol. Just call you’ll see. Management should really get better staff or maybe the problem is management.

Worst pharmacy experience every time. Nothing is ever ready on time. Coupon codes always disappear so they expect you to pay full price. Employees not properly trained and pharmacist needs some customer service training. Transferring everything out of this place.
