Symphony Maple Crest

I have been there a few times visiting a friend and when I have signed her out the women at the front desk were rude. They were all engulfed in their phones to give me the sign in/out book they told me to do it myself. They couldn't got off their phones to give me the book or show me where to sign at. Pretty pathetic

My mother has been at Maple Crest for almost a year. She has received excellent care while she has been there. The staff has been very nice to her and she has major mobility issues and can't walk or push herself in a wheelchair or even feed herself. These facilities are never easy to see your loved ones in, and it has been very hard for our family to see the rapid decline in my Mother's health. But I would say if your loved one was in need of a facility like this, I feel they a great job with such a difficult situation. Her room has always been clean the dining hall and hallways are always clean. I have gotten to know the staff by name and they keep me informed about my Mother. They do still have activities that my mother can attend or join in on. If you're family was in need of a facility

Mike in 202 is easygoing, I had a n issue with roommate, i realize he is hard of hearing and has the TV blaring even when he is sleeping making conversation very difficult.

As soon as I walked in, residents were smiling and out of their rooms. It looks and smelled good.
