Physicians Immediate Care

I was very happy and impressed with Sean, the PA I saw last night. He took the time and was very thorough in his exam and assessment of me. He took the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood everything. He was more thorough than most of the "specialists" I have been seeing. I would highly recommend him. The staff there were also very nice and accommodating. Definitely give 5 stars!

It took forever as they had a bunch of walkin people but everybody was so nice. They apologized for the long wait and took their time with us. Very pleased. Called back promptly to tell us the test results.

I'd like to give a "10" rating to Kimberly at the front desk. There was a line of people waiting to register. Most employees would have been rattled with that number patients. She efficiently handled her j without getting flustered. Great job Kim! Everyone was personable, professional & efficient. You have a great staff at your Belvidere facility.

My experience was fantastic. Everyone was awesome, from the lady at the front desk to Nurse Stephanie and NP Brittany. They saw me as soon as I arrived and were thorough and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. I felt they took really good care of me.

I don’t ever understand why they offer time slots to be seen. It’s BS. I was told that it’s just a reservation not an appointment. Please tell me what the difference is, because I am failing to see the difference. If I reserved a table a restaurant I am seated at the time I “reserved”. I expect the same level of service at any setting. My life does not have the flexibility to be seen 30mins AFTER the “reserved” time. I set times that work for me and I am either 5-15mins early out of respect for who I am seeing or visiting and to make sure I get to my next appointment. If I’m given a “reserved” time and I arrive early or well on time, I expect the establishment to give the same courtesy and to be given services at that time. If a doctor is running behind I expect to be notified at the time
