Walgreens Pharmacy

Excellent service at the Walgreens Bella vista Drive-Thru pharmacy. Kenneth ❤was professional, friendly, and extremely patient. He corrected an error in the date of birth, proactively updated the insurance information, and handled everything efficiently and calmly, all with a big smile. A true example of outstanding pharmacy service🙏‼️🙏

Pharmacy staff are nice enough but they never have my monthly medication in stock. Additionally, they don’t fill it once the medication finally comes in until I have called them and asked them to do so a second time. This is after they have told me I don’t need to do anything else and they will fill it when it arrives. This has happened 4 months in a row.

I really do not shop here because the costs are higher; however, I do get some of my prescriptions filled here. I would probably give them a 4 * rating, but the pharmacy closes every day for a lunch break. Who does that. There are ple to of personnel el take staggered lunch breaks and not make it difficult on customers. I forget about the lunch break and invariably show up during lunch their breaks. Then I have to come back or sit there and wait for them to return. The complaints from customers may not get to their ears, but to other customers they are very vocal and irritated. Hey Walgreens. Perhaps you might want to take a look at this policy!!!!

Walgreens is definitely NOT what it used to be. For general merchandise it is fine, but NEVER EVER use their pharmacy!! Completely incompetent, and insufficient.

May 22, 2025: Waited on hold for 25 minutes for a pharmacy employee to answer my call. She apologized and explained she had been servicing customers at the drive through and had not "expected a call". Seriously; a pharmacy which does not expect phone calls? My script had not been filled. Employee did not seem to know if it had been ordered from the supplier, or if the supplier had access to the medication called in by my doctors several days ago. Bella Vista is a small, tightly-knit community, and this slovenly service is not likely to win new customers or keep existing customers.
