Walgreens Pharmacy

They’re rude and will not ever disclose a time frame the medication will be ready by. Never have the full script on deck. And yeah rude “it’ll be ready when you get the message” type of people. Other people’s convenience does not exist to them. I’ll never go back I’ll drive the extra time to Winslow where I’ve been going for years.

Came in and was told my prescription wasn't in the system and to come back. I asked if I could get a call and she told me I would be texted when it arrived. Left for an hour and returned without receiving a text. I ask if it came in. She looks it up and says it is still not there. She asks me to spell my name again. Magically she finds it. She enters my CVS care card info and says that she can't find it an signs me up for a discount card. Total comes down to $33 from $160. That's great, but I have insurance, I'm just too exhausted being from Boston and trying to get to where I am going to fight it anymore. This place is painfully slow and not professional for a pharmacy. Crossing my fingers I receive the right medication.

This pharmacy is terrible, don't tell me my daughter's prescription will be ready in a half hour at 5:07, then an hour and a half later I call and the automated line tells me you ordered it and it will be ready today. It's still not ready at 7:00 and your pharmacy closes at 8:00. Don't lie to me. And the person I talked too when I called was snappy and and irritated. If you have to have so many qualifications to work in the pharmacy, good customer service shouldn't be that hard to give!

I don't know where they hire the people that work or so called work at this Walgreens But I think it's kinda pathetic when you call down to speak to someone in the pharmacy you are put on hold and there are 2 calls in front of youand you are on your cellphone in the store looking at the pharmacist she's not on the phone and the pharmacy staff person that is fidling with her hair and she's not on the phone so I'm not sure what 2 phone calls ahead of me were or if they just put all calls on hold. While I was walking documenting my experience I realized they don't like there job. They are miserable . They need all new staff

Something wrong with this Walgreens pharmacy. Pharmacy employees are always chatting to each other no matter how long the line is. I keep going in or driving through since my prescriptions were all transferred there and during the day there seems to be a weird power game going on. There is no urgency and it’s like the customers are a bother and they’ll get to them when and if they choose. I only say this after over a dozen trips there this past summer. It wasn’t just a bad day. It’s consistent. I think they also may have turned their phone off because for days now it’s says there are 3 people on hold ahead of you every time you call the pharmacy to find out why they have made the same mistake they made the previous 2 months that you thought you had worked out and they had already apologize
