ConvenientMD Urgent Care

I was pleasantly surprised with my recent visit to Convenient MD in Belfast. I was booked quickly and easily, taken in promptly and seen by both the staff and doctor seamlessly. The nurse was thorough and professional with her history and vitals. Dr Burke was wonderful and caring. She put me at ease while completing her exam, showing me her ability to communicate both professionally and personally. Her explanation, empathy and diagnostic ability gave me confidence in her treatment recommendations. I am feeling much better and needed to thank them for the outstanding care they gave me.

I have been seen at Urgent Care in Belfast many times. They are always kind, professional, and resolve my issue quickly. I prefer going here more than my PCP and honestly wish I had these providers for my PCP. Thank you for all you do.

Got me in right away when the VA was backed up and difficult to deal with. They fixed what was wrong with a can do attitude and the doctor and assistant had great bedside manner that is often missing nowadays. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Highly recommend!

I had a very good experience at ConvenientMD in Belfast. Every staff member was welcoming and personable. The appointment was not rushed. I was given thorough explanations and answers to my questions. My care was competent and professional. The wait time was long but I happened to go at a busy time. I received detailed handouts about my condition and aftercare.

Over all a great experience. Staff was helpful and courteous. Everything was neat and clean. No waiting, though I should point out I was the only patient in the building at the time. I would definitely recommend this option for healthcare.
