Everyone was nice to my dog and myself. Answered my questions without making me feel like I was being a burden. They are a bit expensive, but that's what you get for that level of service.

Absolutely astonished at how this veterinary office practices customer service. I had a visit planned over a month ago for a dog who i got from a second party who could no longer care for him. A civil suit has been since filed because the lady wants the dog back after 4 months. The veterinary office knew about this prior to the appointment a month later. When arriving for our appointment today they asked more questions and we answered them all honestly. After the vet tech disappeared out back for about 4 minutes this scrawny skeleton old guy comes from out back and rudely told us to leave and they wouldn't be seeing our dog due to "liabilty" on there behalf. This place does not care about you or your pet, all they care about is how much they can squeeze out of you before they do anything it's ridiculous, don't take your animals here unless you want to be told you'll need 7 grand to figure out what's wrong.

My dog went in for a tooth extraction. It was known that was the reason we came in. I was quoted one price and when I picked my dog up it was surprising how much more the price went up. That is the only negative thing I can say. My dog was taken care of very well. Her teeth look great. And everyone was very nice. Just be prepared for a huge swing in price difference. If it weren't for the monetary discrepancy it would have been five stars.

I've been taking my animals here for a couple years or more. While the care seems to be fine, it isn't excellent. I've had to ask extra questions to get them to check my animals out completely. I often get a slight attitude in all interactions with the Clinical staff (front desk staff has always been wonderful). Poor bedside manner is basically my main complaint. And when you have to pay hundreds of dollars for a basic annual canine wellness exam, it's nice to have a good experience on top of that.
