Walgreens Pharmacy

This is a horrible company and an even worse pharmacy. Im sorry, I work for my insurance to pay for my medication. You putting it into bottles and selling it to me isnt doing me a favor. Done lost your damn mind.

I tend to go to Walgreens bc i know where to find items. Some staff are friendly & helpful, while others seem to avoid the customer who is obviously looking for assistance. My main issue is Walgreens bags, which seems petty; however they are so cheap & thin you cannot make it to your vehicle without bag breaking. I've requested heavy items to be double bagged & several times staff actually told me no!!! Yes, i took extra bags anyway.

I just moved to Beaumont in December and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy in 40 plus years. There is one pharmacist who was extremely rude and gave me a panic attack on my first visit because she treated me like I was an idiot and raised her voice and talked so rudely to me in front of staff and a lot of patients in line behind me. I was in literal tears. I have ptsd and memory issues and I have never been treated so badly. I do not drive currently so this is unfortunately the closest pharmacy to my home. On top of this, they take 5 plus days to fill Rx’s and I was on hold today for 2 hours trying to get my autistic daughter’s meds and each time I reached 59 mins hold time, I got disconnected. I get being short staffed, but I wouldn’t want to work with that pharmaci

Great customer service. On point, took care of everything right away.

Very helpful and knowledgeable but the hours are a bit short
