The staff actually listens to you. The nurse practitioner really knows how to help and is willing to be a bit more aggressive in treatment. I went there when I had strep throat and he gave me a shot as apposed to giant pills that takes days to work. I felt better immediately. I have never waited longer than a hour to see someone. The place is not as fancy as some other places in town but it is clean and run very efficiently and they take Medicare.

I went in with no insurance and unlike other places that will charge you for every little thing the only thing I paid for was the consultation. He knew exactly what I needed and even helped me find the best price on medication. I definitely recommend them, the place is clean and the doctor is highly knowledgeable.

The staff is amazing! They are inexpensive if you do not have insurance and the wait time is very short! My husband needed to have a drain tube removed, and his surgeon's office wanted $250 but the helpful staff at Immediate only cost us $75! I call that a win, plus we actually felt like we were being heard when we asked questions pertaining to aftercare!

I go here once a month for a medication refill. 1 time over the last 18 or so months have they been backed up and I had to wait a half hour before being seen. Every time it’s in and out in 20 or so minutes. That is incredible. The staff of rn’s are always sweet, and the front desk is just the same. All around just a great place.
