Eastex Urgent Care

A friend of mine recommended that I go here since I have been sick for a month and not getting any better. I had a wonderful experience. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. The facility was nice and clean. The doctor was great. He seemed like he genuinely cared about my health. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Such a great experience for a scary situation. I feel that the NP/DR took time with me; understood the issue and helped me greatly.    Her taking the time to really listen was beyond refreshing.    I left feeling very seen and very heard and you  just don’t receive that kind of healthcare anymore.

The Nebuluzer and everything we needed was already called into the pharmacy and picked up while waiting on RSV results. We were seen immediately after my 2yo grandson tested positive for RSV. Jenny FNP took excellent care of him-(and us- bc his parents were out of state so we needed guidance for sure). The nurses and staff were so helpful and pleasant too. We were given a medication log to keep track of when each medicine was given and perfect instructions. We were given suggestions of other things we could get or do to help his symptoms. We were also given some helpful background reading info about RSV. Jude was happy to get a popsicle he could eat in a cute hand held holder. Positive and reassuring experience for sure!

Went in for a cut on my finger last week and had to get stitches. Everyone was so nice and had great bedside manner. I was In and out in an hour. Went back today for stitch removal and it was the same experience. Very impressed with this place. Would recommend

i made an appointment within an hour and was checked in as soon as i walked in the door and taken back to be seen within 10 minutes despite it being pretty busy when i got there!! my doctor was amazing and listened to my needs and treatment with my issues being so chronic and often i’m not listened to enough with knowing my own body but when i’m seen by jenny leblanc she is truly amazing and for the people! i’ve never had a bad experience with her and her staff and she gets me in and out quickly and efficiently.
