Premier Urgent Care Beaumont

I had a great experience at Premier Urgent Care in Beaumont, Texas. From the moment I walked in, the registrar Mariah was really nice and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The tech Alyssa was very professional and attentive, and the nurse Karen was extremely informative and professional—she took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The whole team worked efficiently and showed genuine care. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend this urgent care to others.

Clean environment and very helpful/friendly staff. I had gone to 2 other urgent cares and came here and was immediately helped and they figured out the issue with my insurance. Norma was so kind and helpful at the front desk. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! All the women starting at the front check-in all the way to the back were exceptional. I got ears, throat etc. checked, swabbed and tested, a shot, and my medicine called in. I was in and out in a timely manner. My coworker referred me as she had went a couple months back and had said the same thing about the staff being so sweet and she was in and out. I’ll be back there if I need anything taken care of.

I went in New Year’s Eve with the intention of starting necessary meds to start feeling better before everything closes for the holiday. Everyone was so nice and attentive and the place was immaculate clean. I left there very impressed until my prescriptions failed to be called in to my pharmacy as I was told and of course this facility closed for the holiday. Very disappointed with the delay my healing process.

I am very pleased with this place. The front desk, x-ray tech and privider gave me excellent care. If any of my family or friends need urgent care, I will recommend Premier Urgent Care!
