Walgreens Pharmacy

I have been going to this location for years. The pharmacists and employees here are always courteous to me. I like the location of this Walgreens Pharmacy. I like to browse in the store while waiting on my prescription being filled. When I call in my prescription on the automated phone service my prescription is always ready when they say it will be.

Absolute awful across the board. The pharmacist doesn’t seem to know math and keeps declining a prescription that are sent from my doctor, as 5 pills at 20mg vs the normal 1 pill at 100mg. The pharmacist told my wife that it would kill me. 5 x 20 = 1 x 100 This place is the worse version of the worse pharmacy in the country.

Phones are always broken and you can’t get through to the pharmacy!

Need to pay for a prescription at Walgreens here in Beaufort using Good Rx? I suggest you try elsewhere. For one prescription, pharmacy staff couldn't find the discount coupon in their system. On another, the pharmacist at the Rebaut Road store charged me twice the price of the GoodRX coupon, and wouldn't honor the coupon after I shared it with her. I live half the year in Michigan where the local Walgreens always honor GoodRX and do their best to help you as best they can. Don't expect that level of help from Walgreens in Beaufort.

This store doesn't even deserve 1 star. My mother who has terminal cancer gets her dexcom filled at walgreens on ribaut Rd. 2 months in a row she tried to pick up her 3 month supply of dexcom. We called today bc each time they gave her 1 month and we felt it was odd and she was out of her pods and wanted to get an answer as she's called several times and their answer was that they didn't have any sensors. We called and they started tp tell us a sensor that last 10 days is supposed to last her 90 days and she needs to call the insurance if she needs more. The insurance called the pharmacy because they see on their end that they overrided 1 sensor for 130 days!! And they're refusing to budget with the insurance that they made the mistake. It's sickening that they're putting a cancer patient
