I went to Dr Wallace for help with my smile and slight redness around my gums. I chose her and the practice because of her website and the trust I built with her during consultation however it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. Unfortunately, not only did my problems get worse I’ve had extreme pain for the last three years after she placed crowns. No one responded positively to me or with legitimate solutions. I felt like they truly didn’t care about my health or what I was experiencing. It was more about financial gain and I was just a number. I recommend truly doing your research before going to this practice for anything other than GENERAL care. I’ve truly cried and felt so ashamed of my smile since going here and having cosmetic work

I'm trying to be humble here but I had a fantastic experience meeting everyone at palmetto smiles. It is certainly not your typical dentist office. I was giving a tour of the facility and introduced to everyone. Believe it or not they have a comfort menu if you want a blanket or a pillow or a drink they will be more than happy to provide that free of charge. Absolutely amazing if I could make it 10 stars I would do so.

Bi-annual cleaning and check up with Tiffany went very well. Both my wife and I enjoys Dr Wallace nd her team and recommend it without hesitation. Dr. Wallace created and installed several crowns over the years and I’ve had no problems and am completely satisfied.

Palmetto Smiles of Beaufort is exceptional! I’ve always had dental anxiety and usually expect the worst—uncomfortable chairs, medical smells, and that uneasy feeling. But this visit was the complete opposite—it honestly felt more like a dental resort. The whole team was so welcoming and even gave me a tour of the office. I had my own hygienist, Tiffany, who did my first consult and cleaning, and she’ll be my regular hygienist going forward. She was wonderful! Dr. Jennifer Wallace was warm, easy to talk to, and looks at dental health from a whole-body perspective. She really listened, reviewed my history, and helped set long-term goals for my care. For the first time, I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment. That says it all. Highly recommend!

I am a patient of theirs and I chipped my tooth the night before. I called them in a complete panic the next morning and they were immediately able to squeeze me in. I had really bad anxiety and they were so sweet and kind. They explained everything they were going to be doing, gave me the numbing shot, and it wasn’t so bad. I have to reschedule to go back and get a cap put on it but for now they shaved it down so it wasn’t so sharp because it was cutting me tongue. I really appreciate what they did for me. They were nothing short of professional, kind, and helpful at a time where I was scared and vulnerable. 10/10 would recommend! 😞
