I want everyone to know how professional and accommodating the staff at Miracle Ear in Beaufort are. They went way above and beyond to help me with my unique request. The care they took and the time they invested in addressing my needs was outstanding! I highly recommend them for your hearing needs.

I have owned Miracle Ear hearing aids for about ten years now and have been to three offices in that time. They are all known for their quality in service but I must say that this specific office is incredibly friendly and attentive. Mary has a welcoming heart that makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Beth gives great instructions and tips to give you the most out of your hearing aids and goes out of her way to get you what you need. Never felt rushed and always felt better when I leave. I highly recommend the service this office offers.

The facility is warm and friendly. Mary is very pleasant, cheerful and willing to help with anything she can. Beth is awesome! She takes the time to listen and explains things in detail. You can really tell that she is sincere in her efforts to do the very best she can for her patients. They make you feel like long-time friends. One of the few greatest experiences I’ve had in MANY years of professional provider/patient care.

My appointment with Miracle Ear this morning was efficient and pleasant. I especially was impressed with my assigned audiologist, Beth, Wilkinson who did an excellent job of examining my hearing condition and explaining my hearing loss and key points for caring for my equipment.
