Walgreens Pharmacy

Ms.Donna Palmer assisted me today with getting insured. She went above and beyond to get me the best quote. She was extremely patient and answered all questions to the best of her ability. Getting insurance has really been a pain lately.

This one Walgreens is the slowest pharmacy I've ever known. My wife and I dropped off her medication 1 afternoon and it wasn't ready before closing, so I had to go get it filled at the 24 hour Walgreens. That was the third time that this has happened. Once with me two of the time with family members. Coincidentally they all happened at the same Walgreens location.

My Sister’s prescriptions are constantly delayed at this Whitten and Stage location. Two prescriptions were ordered Sunday and one is ready today and the other is OUT of STOCK. It should be in and ready for pick up by now! The same thing happened with the same prescription the last two times. If filled a week late every time she will eventually be out of medicine when it’s time to take it. Partial refills….That creates another problem. More delays.

I walked in at 6:50am, because this a 24 hour Walgreens. This lady gonna tell me, ma'am we're closed. I ask her if their not 24hours, she said we are but we're closed and we open at 7:00. So explain to me how you're a 24 hr Walgreens but you're closed.

This is a 24 hour pharmacy. I would believe that it would not take a full 24 hours to fill a common medication. As well as when calling the pharmacy(I didn't want to waste gas), after being placed on hold for 18 mins from the automated system I was hung up on. Not just once but 3 times! Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. We chose this pharmacy due to needing the medication called in by the dr that same day. Do better walgreens!
