Maybe Dr. Hill's bedside manner has improved since he first took over the practice. But I left the practice after years there with Dr. Crunk because of Hill's lack of "bedside" manner. Where Dr. Crunk was a patient and calming presence, Dr. Hill had more of a "suck it up and deal" energy to me, which isn't reassuring as someone with a history of dental anxiety due to bad experiences in my past. As an example, he told me that patients who request numbing gel before an injection are just being babies. He insisted that it makes no difference and then proceeded to inject me without applying anything to the area. He then told me after the fact that he'd done so and I hadn't even noticed. I ABSOLUTELY NOTICED, but there isn't much you can you do with a needle in your gums. I guess everything

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Hill for about four years now. After going through multiple 6 month checks, a few fillings and a couple of crowns, I can say I highly recommend Dr. Hill and his staff. He is very knowledgeable and shows he cares about his patients.
