Baptist Urgent Care - Bartlett

1st Visit .... Other than getting zero perks in regards to shortening the wait time for booking and completing my paperwork ahead of time online .... it wasn't awful because there were only 4 of us on Valentine's Day. Plus, they were really thorough, and NICE (especially the nurse and NP or Dr). Highly recommend!! 💖

Upon arrival at Baptist Urgent Care, I was greeted with a warm and "How may I help you ". I was asked to check in and fill out some paperwork on my phone. After the paperwork was completed, the nurse pointed to a door and said, go through that door and straight into the next room and she would meet me there. She did exactly that. That was a quick process and proceeded to the next room to meet the doctor. The doctor examined my wrist and immediately said that I needed a shot for infection and cleaning of the wound. All parties involved were extremely caring and loving. I appreciate all of your help that was provided. Keep up the excellent work 👏 .

The doctor and staff were friendly and courteous. The waiting room was full when I got there, yet the atmosphere was relaxed and unrushed and everything was clean and organized. It was maybe ten minutes before I got called in to be examined. I felt the doctor listened to me with compassion and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel dumb or rushed. Next we checked out and the entire experience was only about 55 minutes total. I feel like this was the easiest and most comfortable doctor's visit I've ever had. All in all a very nice experience. I recommend Baptist Urgent Care to everyone.

I came to this location twice seeking medical attention. The first time I had a pleasurable experience in which the staff was extraordinary and helped me. However, at the time of this posting, I was turned away not once, but twice by the front desk person, Kim. My experience with Kim was so horrible that it compelled me to write this review. I have new insurance that started at the beginning of this year and has proven to be a bit of a challenge to verify eligibility with. Prior to arriving, I contacted my insurance company and verified that this location is considered to be within my network. As a fellow healthcare professional of 15 plus years and someone who knows how hard insurance billing can be, I expected to be treated fairly and equally as I would take care of my patients. I expec

My entire visit was amazingly a smooth transition! From the time I walked in the door Jessica made me welcomed and greeted me with a warm smile. Nathan was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable before being seen. He did great! Exceptional service all the way around! Thank You ☺️
