Kirby Whitten Pharmacy

I have been using KWP for a few years now and I really do want to like them. However, I have had several times where they just don't have what I need in stock. Linzess, Maxalt for migraines. Crucial meds. I have been waiting for Linzess for several days now and had to spend much of my time at work trying to get a doctor to send in another prescription, transfer a prescription to another pharmacy - first Walgreens then Sam's club. Too much trouble just to get my meds. They are really great people. I hate to say goodbye, but I honestly can't keep doing this.

This pharmacy is perfect! There is never a long wait. And if there is they try their best to make the waiting not as bad. They are ALWAYS so friendly. When my pharmacy quit carrying a particular medication. Kirby Pharmacy not only had, but already had it filled by the time I got there. Great job guys!

Kirby Whitten Pharmacy is the best thing to ever come to Bartlett! I used to get my medications from Walmart and the workers always acted like it was an inconvenience for picking up my stuff. I have never had anything but a good experience with Kirby Whitten and their employees. Everyone....switch to them!

Exceptional service, easy to transfer my medications to this pharmacy. They were great with communication and quick to help me. I love their text system and online payment option, along with drive thru. I’m one happy customer..

Best independent pharmacy ever!! I've never been to one that is so much better than large pharmacies that you just exclusively go here. I was fed up with the large ones and others coming here the first time say that well they change to exclusively going to Kirby Whitten Pharmacy from now on. Congrats on Steve, his family and staff for making this place grow so much!! I've been there since the very start!!
