Expect 30 minute to an hour plus wait. Disorganized and unprofessional. They never have any prescriptions ready even though they send phone calls saying it's ready. Yvette was especially inconsiderate and unprofessional, acted like we were inconveniences to her after ignoring us for a half an hour in the drive thru.

Absolutely terrible experience with PHARMACIST LY. If you’re expecting even a shred of patience or professionalism, look elsewhere. She’s rude, dismissive, and acts like you’re a burden for simply asking questions about your prescription. Good luck getting anyone on the phone — you’ll be on hold forever, and when you finally get through, don’t expect helpful service. Completely unacceptable for a healthcare provider. Avoid if you can. I will never be here again. Super inappropriate and NASTY behavior you should be ashamed of yourself.

It is amusing to me, I was given a 1 time courtesy fill. My teledoc is not within 50 miles and they asked me to find a closer doctor. That is silly why wouldn't I just go to a different pharmacy? They where polite but I had to give them 1 star for a really asinine policy in this day and age where half my doctor visits are online video calls. I will just get my medication at Walmart next time. Rey was very courteous and polite.

We been going to this pharmacy for years. I was in 2 car accidents and had no problems till something happened and staff changed. Now current leader of the pharmacy refuse to fill my prescriptions from my Dr. Telling me that scripts has to be sent electronically. For 3 years they been filling them , and now all of a sudden this pharmacist refuse to honor them. I been without my pain medications, and without my antidepressants for over a week. I can't work, can't sleep.

The absolute worst pharmacy DONT NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTION HERE pharmacist refusing to fill a prescription that is due this is the 3rd time in a row that I have to fight for my wife's medication from here to be filled someone from corporate needs to come and clean house especially with this pharmacist
