Doctor Today TLC LLC

I love love love the staff here they are so sweet and genuinely kind, they never judge it always feels like a safe place to go for your doctors appointments because care also means kindness. Only ever really had attitude from one lady, and it was at 6 pm. So I’m sure she’s not part of the main office as I thought office hours were 8-8pm and it’s 8-5, the voicemail is a little misleading tho 😭. Anyway my doctors, the nurses, and the receptions are super awesome!

I am so grateful for Dr. Jean Williamson. He is awesome. He is friendly, smart caring a very good doctor and the staff is always wonderful. He’s always there when I need him. The office is very clean. They’re just really friendly. I’m very happy with my doctors office and my doctor thank you, Dr. Jean and staff.

This is actually the worst place I’ve ever been to. 1 star is even too generous. Starting off I was the only person in there and waited over an hour past my appointment time before the lady at the front desk told me they were waiting to see if they took my insurance. She told me they didn’t and it would be $125 to be seen and I was just ready to be seen at that point. When I finally went back the lady dint even know how to take vital signs (read the scale or take blood pressure). When the PA came I told him I just have a simple ear infection and would like antibiotics and that’s exactly what it was. The PA was fine. Then I went out to the front and the EXTREMELY rude front desk lady told me they actually did take my insurance and I only owed $30 and would be refunded. This was on 12/10. Si

I have been going to the Auburndale office for a long time and I love how friendly and caring the the girls that work there. I never have a problem getting my appointments made. Wait time is never long. Dr Jean is easy to talk to and shows he want to help me with any of the health problems. I feel valued and cared about.
