I’ve had the absolute BEST experience at Lake Juliana Dental Care. Apart from the basic dental care, if you are looking to get Invisalign, this is the place to go. No regrets whatsoever. Dr. Rivera is absolutely wonderful, so kind and genuine, and truly cares about her patients. Mike is practically perfect in every way, kind, respectful, funny, and professional, with the best personality this world needs far more of. I would not voluntarily go anywhere else. 🩷🤗

My experience at Lake Juliana Dental Care was phenomenal, the staff is a breath of fresh air, they greet you like family kind warm hearted and the dental doctor was extremely phenomenal I will recommend anybody to go to this dental facility you would feel the kindness of the staff as soon as you walk into the door🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺 The moment I walked in the staff was warm, welcoming and professional. My dental doctor took her time walking me through my procedure step by step, they make sure you leave their office well informed and confident. They have excellent service and a great atmosphere.

I thoroughly ENJOY going to the dentist now! Mainly because everyone in that Auburndale office is considerate, caring, and friendly! ‘Ladies’ - not the correct spelling - (the hygienist ) is always there to listen to my concerns, clean my teeth and make me feel comfortable. Dr. Rivera is very thorough and is a very personable and professional woman. Not to mention, my husband I got to sit next to ‘Elf on a Shelf’ in the waiting room… how much fun was that!!!

This morning I brought my 3-year-old son in for his 8:00 AM appointment. I took off work, arrived early with all paperwork completed, and made a big effort to prepare and get him excited for his visit. After sitting in the lobby for about 20 minutes, I was informed that the pediatric dentist would not be coming in. It is extremely disappointing and unprofessional to have patients arrive on time, especially young children, without notifying them in advance that the provider would not be available. Preparing a toddler for a dentist appointment is not easy, and taking time off work is not easy. I expected better communication and consideration for patients time.

I usually do not write reviews from the first day of a visit, but wow, this office has my heart already! The dental hygienest, Moustafa (sorry if I mispelled!), was nothing short of amazing. He was extremely informative and explained all of my oral health in thorough detail. The dentist I consulted with, Dr. Rivera, was very sweet and her compassionate "bedside" manner was worth more than five stars in my opinion. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist, but in this case, my anxiety and worries are gone, I can't wait to get started on my treatment plan with Lake Juliana Dental.
