Walgreens Pharmacy

Went to pick up my meds. Spent about 35 minutes in the drive-through. Got to the window. Got told my medication was out of stock for the moment by a nice lady in a cast when I went in, and would return the next day. Go in next day and an extremely rude kid behind the counter calls me over then picks up a phone call (perfectly understandable, can be busy). While on the phone call rude bearded kid starts waving me off to a coworker like I'm some annoying animal and gets aggrivated that I dont quite understand what waving in the general direction of a coworker doesn't quite make sense. While talking to the coworker an older fella walked up to the counter for his prescription. The bearded kid was immensely rude to the older man. We were visiting from out of town with my 14 month old granddaughter who got an ear infection, ruptured ear drum, and was in a lot of pain. Turns out the emergency clinic called the prescription in to the wrong Walgreens, so when we went to this location (where we had asked for it to be sent) it was not in the system. We had received confirmation and then we figured out it was instead at a location near the Drs office. The pharmacy tech was named Seth. It was evident he could not be bothered to help us figure out the issue. Instead he rudely stated "It's not in our system, ok. It's not like all of them are connected." When we asked him to call the other location and have it transferred to this location he flatly stated "That will take awhile...it's only 7 miles down the road, just go there

Prescription delivery was delayed by a day, but delivered to my front door. Pretty cool.

Very unprofessional, always low in order and causes issues to refill my prescription. They have blaming insurance for the issue, but insurance has patiently explained that it was Walgreens who made the mistake. I won't trust this pharmacy again!

They ok but they are slow when you have to pick up your prescription.you wait & wait.they need to open up both registers to wait on customer's
