Innovative Audiology is unmatched. As an experienced hearing aid user, I was impressed and surprised at the knowledge I gained by coming here. I should have come sooner! I love my new hearing aids. This business location is easy to visit, clean and welcoming. Prices are very fair. I highly recommend if you need hearing assistance.

I had been diagnosed with mild hearing loss in the past, but didn't act on it until about 6 months ago. I brought my Rx to Jennifer and she hooked me up with a great product and I'm enjoying them very much. She is professional, friendly and seems genuinely interested in me as a client. I didn't realize how much control I could have over a pair of hearing aids by using an app on my cell phone. Definitely recommend Innovative Audiology to anyone that has hearing loss.

Dr. Douberly takes so much time with my 90 year old father; she is patient, knowledgeable and honest about his hearing needs. He is never pressured to purchase hearing aids. Marissa, the office manager, is very well-versed with insurance concerns and goes the extra mile to find out information. We highly recommend Innovative Audiology.

This place is the best audiology store ever. I've been to many audiologists in the past but Dr. Jennifer and Marissa are the reasons why this store is outstanding. First, the office is very posh and doesn't feel like a doctor's office. Second, there is no waiting. Their sole focus is on you from the moment you walk in. Third, Dr. Douberly is detail oriented and explains everything but also addresses your concerns. Fourth, they make it affordable and work with your budget. I've been very happy with the service and the hearing aids, and highly recommend Innovative Audiology. I just wish I had found them sooner.
