Walgreens Pharmacy

I usually always come here to drop off my FedEx returns that go to Germany and have gotten a male and a kind lady with thick rimmed glasses that usually assists me. My packages are always scanned without a fuss. About a week ago I got this rude older blonde lady who told me they don’t that international packages. This is after I’ve sent atleast 10 and dropped them off here before. The manager was called and he had no clue what he was talking about either. Such a frustrating experience. So don’t waste your time taking your packages because it depends on the employee if they will take it

Waited on hold 20 minutes and they answered. Said “How may I help you” and hung up. I’m on hold again now. Switching pharmacies with my doc and hoping for better.

Terrible!!!! Disappointed with the Walgreens Pharmacy in Anna, TX!!! Very poor planning and communication!!!! The staff quoted same-day readiness for my prescription, but it wasn’t ready even after two full days. The drive-through process also seems poorly managed—long lines and excessive wait times.

After calling to see if they had a medication in stock, I sat on hold while it took the tech several minutes to check. Then she comes back and says they don’t have it. So I ask can they order it, she literally says it’s not something they usually keep in stock, but if they order it, they won’t know if they will get it unless it comes in. I honestly did not know what to say. This makes no sense. They obviously have no desire to help patients. And is the reason Walgreens is closing locations across the US. If I could give no stars, I would happily do it, and I say good riddance to them.

This place is the worst. If I could give it less than one star, I would. Everyone I've spoken to who works there acts like you're not even remotely worthy of their time. I've had to wait ten minutes just to be acknowledged...as the only person in line...while the employees are just sitting there chit chatting. I had a problem with my insurance that prevented me from picking up my anxiety meds, and the lady had absolutely no sympathy. She rolled her eyes at me when I told her I couldn't pay out of pocket. Seriously, the WORST pharmacy.
