Branches Dental

We needed a new dentist after our previous (also excellent) one dropped our insurance. My husband and I both had an excellent experience here. We were both able to get scheduled quickly, and we were called back on time. The dentist was extremely thorough and clear in his explanations and recommendations for our personal dental care. Will definitely come back here!

I was extremely anxious before coming in because of past experiences but there was no need. I had an amazing experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The staff was very friendly and doesn’t do unnecessary work ever (I was told I had 12 cavity’s after I had my daughter but came here and I only have 2). They explain everything and are very gentle. I was seen immediately and there was never a wait. This is where my family will be going from now on. Will be referring everyone here!!

We moved from Leander to Anna recently so I needed a new dentist. Today was my first visit to Branches Dental, and I am impressed by how thourough my dental exam was. I felt that Dr. Nilesh Thakkar was very concerned with improving and maintaining my dental health. His attention to detail and his conversations about the condition of my teeth and gums really gave me confidence in his ability to diagnose and address any issues I might have.

Dr Thakkar did not tell me until I was sitting in the chair at my appointment for my filling that he will not do the procedure unless blood pressure is under 130. At the time, it was 150-155. I have high blood pressure and am on medication. Even after explaining I was running late and it was likely due to that, and that me blood pressure is usually 135-140/90, he still would not proceed with the filling. I am now having to look for another dentist, since my blood pressure is rarely under 130. Waste of my day off work and my time getting there.

Our experience was great! The office staff was polite and very helpful when I first called. They were able to get us in fast. When we got there the entire staff was polite and friendly. It made my daughter's visits a breeze. The dentist was excellent too! He listened to concerns and explained everything. Overall we had an excellent experience and we'll all be going back!
