Brookshire's Pharmacy

The employees clearly hate their jobs based on how they speak to their customers! Everything is the customers fault, we are rude, ect. Good Lord yall need like a prayer huddle in the morning or to quit!!!

I have never ever been treated will so much rudeness and lack of care from a PHARMACY BEFORE. I never thought that having an attitude and walking away from a customer because YOU got to work 2 minutes before it opened and now your rushing was kind and just. Very rude and ugly of a pharmacy technician.

The people here are courteous, one in particular was actually over-the-moon very kind to me and they deserve credit for that. However, I've spent way too much time and had too many failed visits to this pharmacy; I can't afford the time or the patience to keep working with them. Two orders of my prescription went okay with insurance and coupons after several trips to the counter over multiple days, then the third they could not figure it out but the nearest HEB did just fine. Not sure why, but they also sent me off in the middle of helping me to work with another customer at the end of the day very recently, which I didn't appreciate at all. The hours are also hard to work around an office schedule when I have to get my meds with very few days to spare.

I come for the same RX for over year. Literally standing here waiting for an hour. They never can do it correctly. The way they talk to me like I am asking stupid questions. And their final answer, sorry but we cant help you, your coupon is not working. It worked a month ago though! Incompetent and rude. Just bad.

This place is bad. Walmart or Walgreens would be a way better choice. Moved from McKinney to Anna so I changed from COSTCO to Brookshire’s. That was a mistake.
