Dr Krystal Baldwin has been so wonderful to our family. She has taken the best care of my three little ones and made me feel super comfortable. She spent the time with me discussing the three different kids in depth about any concerns I had. She truly is on the side of what is best for the child, not what can we charge and have done. I was about to leave the practice until meeting her, and now I’m so happy we found her and am feeling so grateful to have my children under her care! My children love to get the coins for prizes when they leave the office, and like being able to watch their favorite shows while they get their teeth cleaned. All of the office staff and assistants have all been so sweet and patient with all our kiddos as well. Thank you Anna Kids Dentistry and Dr Baldwin.

*** Edited to add I received a call from Caitlyn who listened to everything I had to say and really heard my concerns. She didn’t make any excuses for this doctors actions but stated this is not the practices way of dealing with children. I appreciated her taking my concerns seriously and I am looking forward to giving them another chance for a cleaning in 6 months with a different doctor. Everyone else at this facility has been wonderful and I appreciate their caring about my daughter and her experience. Brought my 5 year old daughter here a few weeks ago for a cleaning, X-rays and to address some pain in 2 of her teeth. The lady who performed her cleaning was wonderful. I have 6 kiddos and this is by far the best, sweetest, cleanest dental office. The dentist, and the entire staff has worked with me so well and some bumps in the road (all my fault). Highly recommend and my kiddos all feel safe and happy here!

My daughter was previously traumatized from a bad dental experience elsewhere, but now she’s happy and comfortable going in for her regular cleanings. All three of my children love it here! Our visit today was disappointing and frustrating. For the second time in less than a year we show up for an appointment expecting to see our dentist, instead there is a new dentist again. No heads up or anything. So our kids have had 3 dentist in less than a year at the same location, because two left the practice and the staff didn't notify us any of the times that it would be a different dentist. To make it worse, apparently everything the previous dentist said was wrong. I specifically went there to address a concern, I said how I thought there was something wrong with two teeth, she assured me it was 100% normal, no risk of cavities and to keep doing what I'm doing.
