Walgreens Pharmacy

Every since rite aide closed you would think you would of hired extra people been getting my scripts filled for years now it takes over a week to fill and a hour stading in line to pick them up !! Definitely in the process of switching over to wegmans . Do better !!!!

My son was very sick and went to the ER that night. He was given a prescription that we had to pick up the next day here. My wife called this location that morning to check when it would be ready and was on the phone for over 2 hours with no answer. No one reached out to us about how or where we can get the script needed. I then went in, waited an additional 30 mins, and asked where his prescription was. They said none of the Walgreens nearby had it in stock and to check elsewhere. The women I spoke to at the counter took zero responsibly for no one answering the phone, or in their general poor communication on a time sensitive script. After realizing I'd get zero help from them, I drove all over town looking for it and thankfully Wegmans found it for us, at the Williamsville location. How

I understand they're busy from the rite aid overflow, but they're continuously understaffed and screw up my prior autns almost every month.

Very unreliable. Seriously if you need consistent service do not go here
