Walgreens Pharmacy

Great experience. The guy that checked me out is absolutely holding this place down. Look at him up keeping the parking lot outside. Had to be doing it every 15-20 minutes.

I was having issues with filling prescriptions at my CVS, so I transferred them to this pharmacy. Huge mistake. If you ever need to call the pharmacy, expect to be on hold for 25+ minutes. I was on hold once for 50 minutes (not an exaggeration). These outrageous hold times occurred at different hours of the day (9am, 2pm, 7pm), therefore, I believe they just don’t want to answer the phone, or can’t physically answer the phone due to understaffing. In addition to this, picking up my prescriptions took over 20 minutes. The pharmacy seems very understaffed, so that is probably the root of these issues. Transferred my prescriptions to the Walgreens in lake forest, and they are way better.

Called in a prescription at almost closing, they managed to get it for me. Also they were really friendly.
