I was told my case was very complicated and complex and had gone to several orthodontists. When I came to NGO, I knew it was the place for me. Everyone is so friendly and caring, the office is clean and modern, and Drs. James and Stephanie are absolutely wonderful. They made me feel so comfortable about my case and were honest with me. No other orthodontists took the time to explain my treatment with me like they did. Every appointment was smooth and no/very little wait times. I just got my braces off, and the results are better than I could ever imagine. I am so happy and I feel like a new person. Thank you Dr. James and Dr. Stephanie, you truly changed my life. This was a wonderful experience and I definitely recommend this office!

My mom is a patient of the doctor and she is very happy with her experience here. She feels comfortable, they speak Spanish and English which is so helpful. The doctor and staff are all very gentle and friendly, I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be happy with their smile again!

Amazing orthodontist experience we were referred for an ortho consult and the office staff were so friendly, professional and answered all our questions. We loved the arcade games in the waiting room and the cleanliness of the office was wonderful !
