Hoag Urgent Care Aliso Viejo

Whenever I have needed immediate medical attention over the past 10 years or so, I have scheduled appointments or just stopped by Hoag Urgent Care in Aliso Town Center. I have always been impressed by the prompt attention and professionalism of the medical staff and their willingness to explain my medical condition and treatment. I sometimes wonder why the hospitals in the US took so long to introduce urgent care centers and ease the burden on hospital emergency rooms.

It’s so seamless getting an appointment with them online. They’re also great with walk ins. They very available even have holiday hours. Good doctors and providers. I’ve been here several times in the last few years for care and they never disappoint. It’s nice to have a Hoag urgent care in Aliso so close to home. Everything they do is in MyChart which then my other providers see my visits and have access too despite being in separate health systems.

The whole experience was as painless as possible and would do it again ! I used the app to show wait times so I was in and out in less than 45 min ?!? Thats unheard of and so happy I went with Hoag ! The doctor was amazing and so knowledgeable and empathetic to what I was going through, I didn’t feel like just a number . Dr. Dorris went above and beyond and it’s so refreshing to have a doctor care about patients and try to get them the help they need.

Highly recommend! I was well taken care of recently for excruciating hip pain early on Jan 1. Appreciated ease of scheduling appt online, courteous front desk check in, attentiveness of PA, attendants and care provided by Doc's. Everyone was kind, professional and caring. Appreciated discussing treatment options and getting prompt relief. I can't thank you enough!

I had been seeking a local urgent care and was so pleased to come across a clean, intimate and comfortable environment. Immediately the receptionist Clara was so kind and accommodating. She offered to text me when my appointment time was 10 minutes out and she did. The time seemed to go by pretty quick considering. I appreciated my doctor Dorriz. She was efficient and practical and super down to earth. I felt all the staff was welcoming. I'm so grateful I found a nearby place for care I can feel at home.
