Walgreens Pharmacy

Not the stores fault but a couponer was in front of me with 5 different transactions. Her 5th transaction didn't ring up the way she wanted so she held the line up EVEN LONGER trying to get the manager to over-ride the app. I feel like there should have been 2 lanes open. We waited right at 10 minutes for 1 item. The employees were nice but they should have opened up another lane.

They are always out of the medicine I need, and it takes a week for them to get it in.

I will proudly give this particular pharmacy a negative sub zero! I moved here almost 7 years ago and started using this pharmacy. I’ve alwas preferred Walgreens. This location is literally unprofessional and a joke to say the least. I have watched them become even worst over the years as it relates to customer service and mistakes. There is always one excuse after another when the staff makes mistakes.... The staff is poorly trained and there never seems to be a permanent pharmacist on duty.... always a “floater”. I actually left this pharmacy years ago because of ongoing complaints I had about my experiences. There are long waits to process prescriptions, errors, and clueless staff with nonchalant attitudes.
