Walgreens Pharmacy

So slow and disorganized. They send a message saying it’s ready the tell me to have a seat it’s not ready. That’s after waiting in th car line a them inside line. Terrible terrible isomer service. As if I inconvenience them for picking up Y moms meds

Back again with another negative experience. This time it’s related to inventory again except this time the primary issue is the basic level of service this location provides. I had the pleasure of speaking twice with the same tech this morning after he hung up on me once for asking a simple question. Imagine answering questions that are so simple 5th grade math covers the topic with “maybe I don’t know” all I need to know is when a script will be available. There are tracking numbers and electronic invoices this is 2025. Second time I got “put on hold” for 7 seconds so he “could check” when he abruptly got off hold he said “no we can’t fill it” the question was WHEN Lewis.

The lady that was working the drive through and the front counter was nice and helpful. She did a really great job at multitasked, but seemed to be slightly over tasked which made each customer encounter longer overall. But they had already prepared the meds that the doc called and placed the day before. So that was nice that I didn’t have to wait for the meds to be filled! 😄 They have updated hours which I wanted to post here. As I went to go get the meds yesterday, and I missed them being open by 3 mins.

Will NEVER go here for medications. Tried to get prescriptions transferred from another pharmacy, and they have no clue what they're doing. Customer service is very rude!!!

Don't ever call the pharmacy unless you have at least 1 + hours to be on hold. Absolutely ridiculous!!! My doctor made a mistake and called my prescription into Walgreens and the pharmacy called me and I called back 7 times today. Each time I was on hold for 40 minutes and I hung up!!! Last time I called on hold for 63 minutes!!! I got a lot of cleaning done, LOL. Then the recorder says out staff is answering other calls and tells you how many people are ahead of you. Once you finally get to your turn it repeats the same message. That message repeats itself about every 1 minutes to aggravate you even more!! And this is why I go to Aberdeen Prescription Shop.
