My situation of needing 2 teeth pulled was schedule in a prompt next day time frame. The staff were great in making me feel at ease and Dr. Arnold took his time and explained everything he was going to do which also lowered my anxiety level and he made my experience as pleasant as possible. Working in healthcare myself I appreciate everything the staff as well as the MD did to take care of my problem in a prompt manner.

I was extremely nervous about getting all four of my wisdom teeth extracted. As an individual who avoids interacting with doctors/dentists as much as possible, I pushed off my wisdom teeth extraction until I was turning 30. Dr. Arnold's team recognized my apprehension and walked me through the operation with care and patient support. I was as nervous as you could be, I needed 4 teeth pulled, 3 wisdom and 1 front tooth. Until this day I never even had a IV in my arm, this staff is AMAZING. Jen is the nurse who did my IV she’s so gentle I never felt a single thing. Dr Arnold is very good and fast. This entire visit only took 30 mins or so and I never felt ANY pain, I got the IV Sedation and it was the best money I’ve ever spent. I struggled with a cracked tooth for 7 months please don’t be me, go get it fixed and go to vista dental.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received at Vista (Aberdeen NC). The staff was great! Dr. Arnold explained the process for extracting my tooth prior to getting it out. No pain at all. Very informative. I would recommend this place to anyone.
