FastMed Urgent Care

Very impressed with the health services provided here, from the front desk to the intake nurse and the doctor who saw us. Both pricing and care were top notch. Really wish this was our direct care provider. If they ever expand their services I would consider switching over primary care. I personally prefer prevention-oriented or patient-centered practices, and while that isn’t what urgent care is usually about while here I felt listened to and cared for. Highly recommend to family and friends!

The only issue I had during my visit was the long waiting time to get called back and long waiting time to see PA once in the exam room. However the PA did apologize for the long wait when she entered the exam room. The medical care was good, PA was very knowledgeable about my medical issue and answered all my questions I had about my treatment.

This place was super. I signed up to save my spot on line and was taken back within 15 minutes. The front desk, nurse, and Dr. Kate were thorough and efficient. Since I tested positive for the Flu, they were offering me water and Tylenol. By the time I left, I called the pharmacy to see if they had the meds in stock and the Rx’s were already in their system.

When I walked in the front desk employee was rude, I am a veteran and I was there using my VA benefits. She had an attitude when she had to take my social for the appointment look up. When I went in back to get seen, the medical assistant was very standoffish and rude. She seemed very short tempered and annoyed about the day when we arrived. Again, the clinic was not busy maybe three patients were in the office and mind you, the office had just opened. My appointment was at 0845 am. I do have to say the PA Robert was very professional and helpful. When I left the front desk, workers were both on their phone and not attentive to any patients. Just be mindful when you come to this clinic you will be presented with attitude.

From the front desk to the nurse to the doctor, this place was amazing last night. We came in an hour before closing with my 7 year olds hurt arm. All these ladies were so so sweet and funny, and just all around beautiful, wonderful people. Thank y’all so much for taking such great care of my baby.
