The cashier at the pharmacy was extremely rude and dismissive to me and other patients. I verified over the phone when my prescription would be ready and was told once I arrived that it would not be ready until 2pm the next day. I let the cashier know 3 times that I verified with pharmacy staff that my medication would be ready by 4 pm today. A different pharmacy staff member decided to fill my prescription the same day as originally promised. Other patients there experienced the same dismissive attitude while some were treated with respect in purposeful discrimination of people of color. The store security system should also verify this as the people treated well recieved medication in a timely manor while the people of color were all told to come back tomorrow at 2 pm for no explained re

Rude staff they never have there things together they up charge on everything even if it was listed at a lower price every time when I walk into this location, nobody is at the register or when I need something that’s locked up not one person knows where the keys are. Staff is old and miserable. very unprofessional this location needs to be shut down even when I go to the pharmacy I never can just get my stuff and go. It’s always an issue no matter what I’ve never had no issues like this with any other Walgreens you guys need to figure out a new staff or shut down this location and figure it out because at this point you guys aren’t doing nothing for anyone.

Had a pretty frustrating experience at the pharmacy. I was looking to order at-home Covid tests and the Walgreens website says you can order them online and pick them up at the pharmacy. I went through the ordering process (fairly straight forward) and got a confirmation that said "Please allow at least two hours for your order to be processed during normal operating hours...Orders can be picked up at the store's pharmacy or drive-thru (if available)." I go in the next day to the pharmacy and say I'm here to pick up the Covid tests. The tech looked extremely confused and said "they don't do that here". I got the best pharmacy teck ever I always get my prescriptions on time and never had any attitude or anything honestly they just are always busy so maybe people that come in feel that vibe and get it confused with rudeness or dismissed but ive never been treated badly or anything plus they have alott to do honestly the best pharmacy to go too I drive out my way to come to this one once I moved appreciate yous that help us get are meds and shots and covid test i appreciate it anyway!

Came in to pick up some floss sticks. Prices listed on rack as $3.99 was charged $5.49 at the register. Asked for a price check. Took nearly 4 minutes for a manager just to get to the front desk. Store had maybe 3 people in it. Manager scanned the item in the system and it came back as $5.49. Of course your scanner will show the same price as what the register is charging CAUSE ITS THE SAME SYSTEM! GO CHANGE THE PRICE THAT IS ON DISPLAY! Employees looked like they just rolled out of the beds in the back. And for the people who are going to complain that “I am upset over $1.50”.
