I've been going to Emily E. for manicures and pedicures for years. She's "hands down" the best nail technician I have found. The Illuma Beauty Studio setting is lovely, and we always enjoy our time together. I've selected just a few pictures of some of my dipped nails to spotlight Emily's talent. She "nails it" everytime!

Emily Higgins has been doing my eyelash extensions for the past 3 years and is absolutely amazing!! I get so many compliments and they look natural (which is what I wanted)! I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment, particularly Shiloh, as her customer service is consistently substandard. About a year ago, I had my eyebrows done by an excellent technician, but she ended up moving. I contacted Shiloh for a touch-up, but she said she does not do touch-ups on other artist work. That should have been my first red flag. However, I went to the consultation, and she convinced me to start over, which meant I would have to pay full price over $700. I was willing to do that as long as my eyebrows looked good. On the day of the appointment, I was very satisfied with the service. However, when I got home, I noticed some areas that needed additional tinting. I immediately texted Shiloh to ask if I could return for just those small imperfections. She told
