P.A. Sarah Schwartz was very professional, knowledgeable and truly a gem. She took the time to explain to me, the possible reasons, as to why I was experiencing certain symptoms. Sarah was extremely thorough, very patient and helped me understand what the next steps would be. I highly recommend Sarah Schwartz, not only for her expertise, but for her passion to find solutions. The Dr was helpful, asked GREAT questions and when it came time for scheduling my procedure didn't over-promise what could be done and what couldn't. First honest doctor I've seen in y years!! I highly recommend him. And I don't do surveys often but I wanted him to get his due!

Dr. Morgan Reilly was great to talk with. She made it very easy to understand my situation and was knowledgeable in my case. She also provided me a good plan to follow up with. Appreciate the help!

My doctor wants me to have a colonoscopy. You call me put me on hold for more than 20 minutes. Then when someone comes on the phone wants me to fill out another 20-30 minutes health assessment before I could set up an appointment. The person was very rude. I only get a 30 minute lunch. I went over it yesterday still no appointment. I will not be using your offices . I set up an appointment for my wife back in February. They called I booked an appointment. It took 15 minutes at max. I don’t know why I have to take a hour to get an appointment.

Everyone was pleasant and professional when I underwent my procedure. The coordination of care, however, has been absolutely terrible. They’re great about calling you to collect payment, terrible about calling you with accurate test results and/ or any sort of helpful follow up after your procedure. I had to wait months until I heard the doctor’s interpretation of the results- from the PA, of course, not the doctor himself . And I wasn’t explained the results through a phone call, I had to set up an office visit so they could bill my insurance and collect another copay.
