Walgreens

Ordered a set of 10 gifts tags (cost $2,49) and paid to have them shipped to my house (cost $5.99). Given over to FedEx where it has sat for over a week in Ethridge TN (12 miles from my house) with no delivery date offered. The event I needed the tags for has long since passed and there is absolutely no way to contact either Walgreens or FedEx for more information. So do yourself a favor: any gift or card or other sorts of projects can be done at other outlets such as The UPS Store while you wait; usually in and out in under 15 minutes Not days, not weeks, not in total silence. Update: Still waiting 🥱

Rude employees when asked about the pharmacy—I don’t think it’s professional to shut down your pharmacy in the middle of the day. People run errands in the middle of the day & there at least should be someone who can hand out medicine that’s already been filled. Of course everyone deserves a lunch break, but when the pharmacy is closed & there's 4 other employees sitting around that’s capable of doing the job, it becomes frustrating.

Seems that they have more pharmacy business than they can handle, therefore the service is dismal. Management needs to address. 1) delayed Rx filling time 2) telephone holders times are ridiculous 3) customer service attitudes

Walgreens is my go-to for drug store needs. The people are great!

I went in to get first aid supplies. Everything was right where it was supposed to be and fully stocked. The associate was professional and courteous.
