Exceptional Care and Outstanding Service! We had an urgent hearing issue and Dr. Mansfield went above and beyond to help us get it resolved. Despite the short notice, he managed to get us in right away and provided incredible care and professionalism. He took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. Thanks to Dr. Mansfield, the hearing issue was resolved quickly, and we left feeling relieved and confident in the treatment we received. We are truly grateful for his prompt attention and dedication and to the front office staff as well. I highly recommend Dr. Mansfield to anyone in need of an audiologist—absolutely outstanding service!

I appreciated my time at the Hearing Care Center this morning. The staff were prompt and courteous. The audiologist explained each test, and how the hearing aids work as well as the process for being fitted and in purchasing the hearing aids. Very nice people!

Absolutely a top experience as far as doctors appointments go. They were very helpful and listened to all my complaints.. They were very good at explaining all my options. All in all I would refer anyone who requires help with great confidence..
