Dental hygiene is so important, finding the right fit for your family can be challenging sometimes as we all deal with children’s fears and expensive costs. This place is great! I adore how patient and kind the staff was with the kids. How well the desk staff puts together all paperwork and breaks down payments for you to prepare and manage. Our youngest struggles with many challenges and I have seen major improvements with her thumb sucking habit and she has been flossing without being reminded after her fear was handled with care and encouragement. The kids can’t wait for their next visit and after several routine appointments to make sure we had a good fit and trust in the team I just have to say Dr. Sims and the other doctor as well as the assistants on staff (I can’t remember names) a

It was my first time at the orthodontist. Everyone was so nice and gentle. AND, not that this is important, but the nurse called my name correctly the first time but was still sure to check and make sure she didn’t say it wrong and I wasn’t offended. 10/10 experience would recommend. Thanks Ms. Emelia I really liked you.

We have had wonderful experiences with our visits. My son had to have an uncomfortable procedure done but they made him feel at ease and explained everything to him as they were doing the work. It made the whole process quick and smooth.

Not gonna leave 4 different reviews but my kids have went here since they got their first teeth and we've always lived them today was no different. The new dentist had no problem acknowledging that 2 of my 4 kids have bad dental anxiety and issues. He was patient with them and had no issues with me coming back to be with them. We're very happy with were we are and will be staying as long as they continue to acknowledge my children and understand them the way they do.

My child was having some anxiety over her procedure. They had no patients for it. Very little compassion and understanding with it. Had never met the dentist man who was there today. He never introduced his self. He seemed very rushy. Seemed to be over booked. I normally love it here, Today was just way off the normal was very unhappy with the overall visit.
