Went to urgent care yesterday, had meds sent here. 24 hours later i came to pick up my medication and was told that it was not ready yet. I had already waited 45 mins to even talk to someone about my pick up. And then I was told to come back in 15 mins for it to be ready, when I came back I was told I wasn’t allowed to use my goodrx unless I came inside or called ahead of time, which I did the day i got the prescription sent there and was on hold for 45 mins before I hang up, so I told the lady that and she said “dont yell at me” ma’am im making sure you can hear me im not yelling. Anyways, 24 hours not ready, over an hour of waiting after the 24 hours & then being told we couldn’t use my goodrx. Will not be returning.

Worst place in Lansing to get prescriptions! Drive thru is slow. Took 35 minutes to get to the windows. One time I went to pick up, they say yours ain't ready! I say why did you text me and say they are ready?! Place needs to be shut down

Pharmacy staff is so unprofessional. My daughter had oral surgery and her scripts were called in at 9am. I called at 1020 to make sure they would be ready before I wasted my time in line and was told they would be ready by 1058. I get there at 1105am and was told 5 to 10 more minutes. By the time I got thru line again, it's 1145 and they tell me another 15 minutes. All the while my 13yr old daughter is home in pain! Then staff wanted to get loud with me when I try to explain to them that I've been waiting for almost an hour and I was told i can leave if I don't want to wait. Will definitely be getting everything transferred. This isn't the first time I've seen staff being rude to customers

I see Soo many bad reviews,this is one of the only 24 hour stores I feel like a lot of the reviews are unwarranted, Customer Service Jobs are Thankless jobs. I feel like people are being way too hard on staff, overnights are not for the weak...I just think people need to put themselves in the shoes of the people that go in to work in an attempt to serve the public as best as they can considering the circumstances and environment...Just saying...were all doing the best we can...maybe offer the Staff some grace..If this store were to close there would not be no alternative.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went to check out and the red haired woman at the front put in her number instead of letting me put in mine because she said she’s new and they haven’t given her the store discount yet. So I guess she’s trying to rack up other people’s points. Pharmacy is absolute trash. The whole Walgreens store is garbage. Black lady in the pharmacy was rude as hell over the phone and I had prescription that wasn’t even ready even after 6 hours after the pickup time. Went to the counter they’re trying to fill three of the same prescription for me when I asked for one.
