Fahrenheit Massage

Amazing communication throughout the entire session. Kristin explained everything she was doing or about to do and checked in frequently to ensure the amount of pressure she was using was good. I've never had a sports massage before and didn't know what to expect but Kristin's expertise and professionalism put me at ease. The extra advise for stretches and massage techniques I could use at home (or on a long cycling tour in this case) was a great bonus. I left feeling much more comfortable and flexible and ready to take on a string of events and races in the coming weeks, though I plan to come back in between!

Kristen is a miracle worker, I came in with lots of aches and pains and left feeling amazing. She took me from miserable to pain free in one visit.

I can't say enough good things about this place! I was having terrible arm, shoulder and neck pain and I went a couple of months ago hoping to relieve some of the pain with a massage. Kristin was so knowledgeable and helpful and amazing at what she does. She gave me exercises to keep the pain from coming back and educated me about what was going on. I have been pain free ever since the massage and implementing the exercises. HIGHLY recommend!

I went to Kristin because my low back and hips hurt so bad I could barely walk. My tail bone felt crushed (compressed) and I was having pins and needles down my legs and in my feet whenever I slept on my side. Kristin stretched and manipulated my legs and hips. When I left I felt better, the next morning I felt great and could move again!! Kristin's technique is gold!

Kristin is an excellent MT. She is very skilled in the technical aspects of massage as well as being relaxing. Along with being very attentive, and confirming if pressure in different areas is adequate. Very respectful of privacy and will accommodate your level of comfort. Kristin also showed and went over different stretches to do at home to combat pain in between sessions.
